Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of any personal data held by TWISS Brand Studio in connection with the TwissInfluencer application. This page explains how to make that request.

Option 1: Revoke Access via Instagram

The fastest way to stop data collection and trigger deletion is to revoke our application's access from your Instagram account:

1. Open Instagram and go to Settings → Apps and Websites
2. Find TwissInfluencer in your authorized apps list
3. Tap Remove

This automatically invalidates your access token and signals our application to stop accessing your account. We will delete associated data from our systems within 30 days.

Option 2: Email Request

To formally request deletion of your data, send an email with the following information:

What We Will Delete

Upon a valid request, we will delete:

1. Stored access tokens associated with your account
2. Cached profile metadata (username, ID, biography)
3. Message history that we have processed through the application
4. Cached analytics and engagement metrics
5. Any backups containing the above (purged within our standard backup retention cycle of 30 days)

What We May Retain

We may retain limited data where required by law, including:

1. Records necessary for tax, accounting, or legal compliance
2. Audit logs documenting deletion requests
3. Aggregated or anonymized data that cannot be linked back to you

Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except where retention is legally required.
