This Privacy Policy describes how TWISS Brand Studio ("TWISS," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our applications, including the TwissInfluencer application that integrates with the Instagram and Meta platforms.

1. Information We Collect

When you authorize the TwissInfluencer application via Instagram Business Login, we may collect the following data from accounts that explicitly grant permission:

• Instagram account profile information (username, account ID, profile picture, biography, follower count, media count)
• Content you publish or have published (posts, stories, reels, captions, hashtags, comments, timestamps)
• Direct messages and message metadata, when you grant messaging permissions
• Comment threads and engagement data on your posts
• Aggregated insights and analytics (reach, impressions, engagement rates, demographics)
• Access tokens issued by Meta for authenticated API access

We do not collect data from any Instagram or Meta account that has not explicitly authorized our application.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information solely to provide the services you have requested, including:

• Publishing content to your Instagram account on your behalf
• Reading and responding to comments and direct messages on your authorization
• Generating analytics and performance reports for your account
• Routing inbound messages to operator inboxes (such as Telegram) where authorized staff review and respond
• Drafting reply suggestions using AI assistance, subject to human review and approval before being sent

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We may share data with:

• Service providers who help us operate the application (hosting providers, infrastructure providers, and authorized AI processing services), all bound by confidentiality agreements
• Authorized team members assigned to manage the account at your direction
• Legal authorities when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process

4. Data Retention

We retain authorized account data only as long as your authorization is active. When you revoke our app's access via Instagram or request data deletion, we delete the associated data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption in transit, encrypted credential storage, and access controls to protect your information. Access tokens are stored encrypted and rotated regularly.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request access to the data we hold about your account
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Revoke our application's access at any time via your Instagram account settings under "Apps and Websites"
• Lodge a complaint with relevant data protection authorities

7. Third-Party Services

The TwissInfluencer application integrates with Meta's Instagram Platform and may use the following service providers:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. (for Instagram and Facebook API access)
• Vercel Inc. (for application hosting)
• Anthropic PBC (for AI-assisted content drafting, where applicable)
• Telegram FZ-LLC (for operator inbox notifications, where authorized)

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

9. International Data Transfers

TWISS Brand Studio is based in Singapore. Your data may be processed in Singapore, the United States (where our hosting providers operate), and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. By using our application, you consent to these transfers.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active users.
